The Stichting Mannenwerk
organizes workshops, support groups and training for men (homo, bi
and hetero), dealing with self awareness and personal development.
Since 1979, we
have offered men a place where you can stand still in the midst of
everything surrounding you in your life and evaluate your thoughts,
your judgements and your feelings, both physical and emotional.
That’s not
‘soft’. If
men lose contact with their sensitivity, they also lose contact
with their lust for life and strength because the two are
intertwined.
You can use togetherness
with other men as a source of inspiration and a way of giving you
direction and a freedom to take alternative steps and decisions in

The idea is
that you can make full use of all those possibilities to explore
your own potential in the world.
